Just so you know, there are certain people who were put here to break you.

  2. I wrote this yesterday, and thank you for somehow mirroring my thought and reading into my soul.

"I wish I could bottle all of your hatred for me. As much as you have beat me down in the past, it is this hatred that gets me through the day. It pushes me to take everything to the next level, push harder and continue to never, never give up on my hopes and dreams. I shall take this moment to thank you, from the very bottom of my heart."

I am glad to see someone else gaining power from a bad situation. My break up was the best thing that ever happened to me.

  4. Pulling yourself back together feels so great that you wonder who are the brave ones willing to let themselves get hurt in their heart for this ultimate meaning.

Martial Arts is the best thing that ever happened to me. And I've been through a lot. Mentally and Physically they break me, just for me to pull myself up to the next leven.

  7. Certain people, even your own parents? Who are supposed to unconditionally love you for who you are and always support you in whatever you do? No one told me. I guess I had to learn it the hard way, despite what people normally say about parents.

  8. Basically, I didn't think parents would be included in 'certain people'.

  12. Dear Me,

I'm glad we can talk again. I miss you.

I too, have learned the art of pulling myself back together when all my being was collapsing into a pile of debris. It took a lot of praying, a lot of repeating "You will get through this, you will get through this," conjuring up all my strength to keep my body and mind functioning...

Nothing ever made me stronger than being broken by certain people.

    Love,
    Nelle.

  13. It is inevitable that you meet these 'certain people'. Embrace them, welcome them, even if they bring you pain. You'll learn to thank them later, when the tears subside.

  14. Sometimes, it's worst, when no one one comes. Sometimes I just want someone to interact with. Even if its their only intention to break me

  16. So he passed me by,
I didn't exist in that room,
    I didn't exist for him
    and that broke me.

The only good thing about being broken down is the chance to construct yourself once more, steadier and stronger.
