here is the poem turn around I named it somehing else as well.
The sound of my name came from behind, barreling through my head and down my spine, it shook the very core my very being that there is not denying. The familiar tone and ring brought to life, a memory of a friend from long ago, sending shivers across my skin like sound waves echoing across a vast canyon. This sound, my name, though I have heard it everyday, now I have heard it again as if in a completely new way, arousing in my heart a memory of a friend, long missed, never forgotten. Not a day went by that I did not think of the path that we’ve failed to trodden.

Dare I turn around, to awake from this perfect dream or to chance another try down a perhaps unredeemed stream. I think of the time that has passed, the long journey I have traveled, with pleasure, though sometimes it was more of a wreck. The lessons I have learned; the woes I have uncovered; the wrinkles of time that have wreaked their unrelenting devastation over my heart. I resist as if frozen for a fleeting moment and bitterness strikes with thoughts of where you when… start to flutter across my mind, bitter and potent. As much as I had thought of you and longed to see you, had you never once returned the favour? Had you never tried to search me out, except for this chance encounter?

Your hand takes hold of mine and tugs gently, with that the shivers leave me and my heart warms. Feelings of grudgery are released the moment they begin to take form. I may have been forgotten but I have not forgotten the fond memories and expressions of care that we shared. A smile grows as I turn to see happy, loving, accepting and weathered eyes that you wear. you can search it and you will find me 2.
