  14. By the time you read this,
    your words will be shrapnel
    dotted around my bleeding heart.

And I refuse to call it art!

  15. I hope you are fine. I hope you're more than fine. I hope you're wonderful.

  16. when someone famous sings a song they've written detailing their heartbreak, it's a form of art. when someone who has broken your heart writes details of this heartbreak, is it no longer art?

maybe you should try stepping back and looking at this objectively, which I'm sure you think you do, but maybe you ought to try again. or perhaps, walk away and leave it to the rest of us.
also, i think it is worth pointing out that possibly the one writing this blog is writing not for himself, or even a lost love any longer, but for the millions of heartbroken there continue to be out in this very large world. please consider that there are many who are touched by these words and it gives people an outlet to discuss the secrets of their hearts with others who obviously connect.
art can be found in everything, falling rain, rising cakes, dripping blood. art does not simply hang on a wall and require the same emotions from us all. it is a living entity and has many faces. you don't have to name it art for it to be art.
