The Roar Of The World
And while it may feel like you're in a stadium, in front of a crowd screaming that you must die, there are voices in that crowd, if you listen closely, screaming for you to live.
The concept is difficult to grasp, from ground level. My eyes scan the crowd, always in search of the one that matters most. To me. <3 You know who you are.
more than that, there is my will to keep moving forward. with or without you by my side, i will prevail. (but secretly, i'd like you with me rather than as part of the crowd) <3
This brought to mind The Hunger Games. Anyways, I find this inspriational gathering of words (a phrase from the book I'm reading now- The Book Theif) a good set to listen to and aknowledge

ReplyDeleteThe thing is, we don't always hear those voices. The roar of the killing crowd is often louder.
