The Slow, Gentle Continental Drift

I stayed because you were the only one who thought I could be better.

I stayed so that you could get better.

I stayed.

I stayed so that we could finally be okay.
But you never asked me to stay.

Genius! Speaking to someone, or no one, or to everyone and in the end have the same result.

Hopefully you can stay for us, always forever

I stayed....

But then I checked out, I was naive and got scared...I feel ya bro ...I wish I could have her back but sadly, she was too strong willed, wise and experienced in love....so one morning when I got the courage to make it better then is when I realised I had already been dumped for too long.

Sometimes people stay till the kids grow up. Sometimes people stay because it's comfortable. I don't have the kind of words to express what it has meant to me that my husband, my son and my daughter...stayed.
Love is the reason they stayed and it kept me alive.
