I can't hope they will be able to give me what I need, even if they could, I wouldn't be able to return the favour. So it's easier to stand in the silence than to disappoint them, or me.
Even though I'm hurt when I'm alone, being with people makes everything even more painful.
I wish we knew how to break the barrier more easily.
