The Away

If you run, make sure you’re running towards something. Never away.

I have to ask, really, and it will perhaps sound preposterous to write so much in comment in so little time, my friend (please, don't be offended that I consider you so, as you seem to care so much), isn't running away from something only running towards the unknown?

Knowing that you run away from something only to fall in the arms of fortune a reason good enough to run away? Or towards fortune, as I might dare say?

I haven't seen much, I'm only this much experienced in life, and lonely, and scared... but isn't running away the only way of running towards? Tell me, friend...

What I mean by never running away from something, only towards something is that you should never do something out of fear.

Your fear and what you leave behind will follow you. If you're leaving something make sure it's because you've found something else that makes you happier. Otherwise, deal with your fear, your problems and everything else that gets in your way.

My friend :)

I've only ever run away.
How do I stop being afraid?
