The Last Land I Stood On

And my fingers are ships sailing on your skin, slowly drifting and hoping against hope that they fall off the edge of the earth.

And your heart is nothing but the gravity pulling me towards you.

How do you miss the touch of someone, who was never really yours to begin with?

this is beautiful. but perhaps i am more affected by the entry (especially the visual and the title) because my homeland, the philippines, is covered in flood this badly again. so many people lost so much the last time (2009) and it's happening again. i ask for your prayers. thank you.

we touch and i think 'this could be it'
and as i breathe you in, i think 'he could be the one'

but we don't speak, we don't speak the words i know we both feel.

I had to lose it all before I found myself. I will build again from the start. Thank you for always being there for me, your website is always there when I need it.

Love always, anonymous ;)
