The Limited Opportunity

There are only so many of us born at a time and we are thrown into the world to find each other, to find the other ones who don't think you're strange, who understand your jokes, your smile, the way you talk.

There are only so many of us born at a time and we only have so long to find each other before we die.

But we have to try.

I know this and I wish I knew where you were. My search for you is now resembling the book of Eli.

i've lost almost all of them. they don't stay for long, you can see it in their eyes as they glaze over. it's not a physical death, it's more of an emotional suffocation. they lose their value along with their hope and they get swallowed whole altogether. but i'm trying, i'm staying here like a light at the end of the tunnel for some of the stragglers, the ones just strong enough to survive the pain.

I love you to the Moon and back! You are so imperfect.

so now that you've found me, what are you going to do with me?

You have many tools to subtly speak things ranging from the unspeakable to the too obvious. And your delivery is always perfect, not too vague, not too blatant. In this case it's your command of the difference between 'each other' and 'one another', and your trust in your readers to know that difference as well. Your language is impeccable.

And your spirit indomitable.

Words change, those spoken and even more so, those unspoken. Words spoken never fail, the words unspoken are those who need trust and believe. A Life is more then enough to find so hope is not in vain, beware of the keep.

Thank you for sharing!

Your words are paradise on a trippy island that we all are floating towards but the tide is too high so we try so hard to imagine actively visiting, those of us who fear the loss of terms we claim. someone you give all to insane love states of mind admitting nothing we haven't known apparently at some point we all claim love and stamp it pathological when it's broken the rules two people made. someone always stays in the tide a little longer.

I may not get it all but as I read on, I felt related to how you feel. Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like telling her the same things you are writing to whomever it is you are writing to now. Sometimes, I just want her to be happy.
