The Ornate Cage
You see suns that never were and stare at skies that don't exist. You listen to songs that were never played and read books that were never written. And your mind is so beautiful and full. But I'm glad it's not mine.

For some reason, my first thought when I saw this photo was "Darth Vader"
*shrugs*
My mind is like that sometimes. I'm glad, too, that it's not yours.
My mind is really full. Sometimes I want to let go, but right now, I'm glad it's mine, not yours.
Beautiful, friends. :-) Iain and Jon-bravo, as usual.
Lief,
Erica
sigh...
thats some totally beautiful stuff you've written.
you're a miracle ;)
but it is yours too. You are trapped as well, no?
beauty is not always in the eye (or mind) of the beer-holder...
Striked me as always, mister.
epic.
beautiful and amazing.
i love your simple expressions and words that are so powerful.
"Someone trapped inside someone else.
Just like everyone else." -pleasefindthis
And I am so jealous, because deep down I believe that your 'non-existent' is richer than the plain one I see...
So simple, but very profound. Beautiful. =]

I love!!
O'RLY?
YA RLY.
You remind me all the time that I'm phantasmagorically different in an extraordinary manner and that my mind is more than beautiful that even I can comprehend.
And for all this, I can only say thank you and wish for more time with you.
This is so beautiful*
Seriously you should be an inspiration to all guys x x
Backlit silhouette so lovely!
This reminds me of my favorite poem. "Taking Off My Clothes" by Carolyn Forché.
You write truly beautiful things. Thank you.
