The Sheer Arrogance of Loneliness

Making love was never about you and me in a bed. We made love whenever we held hands.

I can relate. :)
I still get electric feelings and butterflies in my stomach whenever we held hands.

We made love when we glanced at each other across a roomful of people, and knew.

It was the look. It has always been the look.

We made love every time we looked at each other.
Too bad that will never happen again.

wowwww iain
i'm coming back to this quote almost a year later because, it's true now more than ever
making love should never be just about the sex
the sex is, how you would say, a bonus perhaps.
if someone's relationship is based on how good the two are in bed, that's dysfunctional
and also,
for me personally, even just the slightest kiss on the cheek will send butterflies running out of my stomach!
i don't NEED to have sex, to make love with someone
and nobody should have to

just wanted to through in my two cents
